Terms of Use
Effective from 13 August 2026. These Terms of Use govern your use of this website and any enquiry you make through it. Please read them before contacting us. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this website to make an enquiry.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Trivayu Physio Center, a physiotherapy practice with its principal place of business at 204, 2nd Floor, Om Tower, Gandhi Path Road, Nemi Nagar, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302021, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Trivayu Physio Center, and "you" means the person using this website or making an enquiry.
You can contact us on +91 90570 65065 or at contact@trivayu.co.in.
2. What we provide
We provide physiotherapy. Physiotherapy is an allied healthcare profession, and our physiotherapists practise as physiotherapists. We do not provide medical diagnosis, prescribe medicines, order or interpret investigations, or act as a substitute for a registered medical practitioner. Where your problem needs medical assessment, we will tell you so and ask you to see a doctor.
Treatment is provided only after a physiotherapy assessment of the person receiving care. We may decline to treat, or may stop treatment, where in our clinical judgement physiotherapy is not appropriate or is not safe.
3. Information on this website is general
The information, articles, videos and exercise demonstrations on this website and on our Research Journal are published for general education. They are not advice for your particular condition, they are not a treatment plan, and they do not create a clinician and patient relationship between us.
Do not rely on general information in place of an assessment, and do not begin an exercise you have seen here without checking that it is suitable for you. If you are already under the care of a physiotherapist, doctor or surgeon, follow the plan they have given you.
4. This is not an emergency service
We do not provide emergency or urgent medical care, and this website is not monitored continuously. If you or the person you are enquiring about has symptoms that may be serious, including but not limited to chest pain, breathlessness, sudden weakness, loss of consciousness, a suspected fracture, a serious fall, sudden confusion, or loss of control of the bladder or bowels, seek immediate medical attention or go to the nearest hospital emergency department. Do not wait for a reply from us.
5. No guarantee of outcome
Physiotherapy outcomes vary from person to person and depend on the condition, general health, any surgery, attendance, adherence to the plan and individual response. Nothing on this website, in any message from us, or in any discussion before assessment is a promise or guarantee of a specific result, a level of improvement, a recovery time or a number of sessions.
Where our content says physiotherapy may help with a problem, that describes what physiotherapy is generally used for. It is not a prediction about you.
6. Enquiries and appointments
An enquiry made through this website, by WhatsApp, by email or by telephone is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists only once we have confirmed a specific date and time with you directly.
We may ask for information before confirming an appointment, including the location of the person receiving care, so that we can tell you honestly whether we are able to help.
7. Home visits
Home visits are offered in Jaipur and are subject to the locality, the availability of a physiotherapist and the needs of the person receiving care. Coverage is confirmed before a home visit is accepted, and we may decline a location we are not able to serve properly.
Some equipment remains at our centre and cannot be brought to a home visit. Where a stage of care would benefit from equipment at the centre, we will say so. You are under no obligation to attend the centre.
8. Online consultation
Where we offer an online consultation, it is limited to discussion, guidance and exercise instruction. A remote consultation cannot replace a physical assessment where one is clinically required, and we will tell you when that is the case.
Online consultation is offered only where it is clinically appropriate and lawful for the location of the person receiving care. We do not offer treatment in any jurisdiction where doing so would require a registration or licence we do not hold.
9. Fees and payment
Fees depend on the assessment, the location and the care plan. We confirm the applicable cost with you before treatment begins, and we explain any follow-up or package options before ongoing treatment continues. We do not add charges that were not disclosed to you beforehand.
Fees are payable in Indian Rupees unless we agree otherwise in writing. Where payment is made from outside India, any bank charges, card charges or currency conversion costs applied by your own bank or payment provider are yours to bear.
10. Cancellation and rescheduling
Please tell us as early as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule, so that the appointment can be offered to another patient. We may apply a charge for an appointment cancelled at very short notice or missed without notice, and where we do, we will have told you the amount before your appointment.
If we cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will offer you an alternative time or refund any amount you have paid for that appointment.
11. Consent, and information shared with family members
Nobody is treated without their consent. The person receiving care decides whether treatment proceeds and may withdraw consent at any time.
Where a family member arranges or coordinates care, including a family member living outside India, we may confirm appointments and payment with them. We do not share clinical information about an adult patient with a family member without that patient's permission, except where disclosure is required by law or is necessary to protect someone from immediate harm.
Where the person receiving care is a minor or is unable to give consent, we deal with the parent, guardian or person lawfully entitled to decide on their behalf.
12. Your personal information
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, under which health information is treated as sensitive personal data.
Please do not send medical reports, scans, diagnoses or other sensitive records through the enquiry form or through ordinary messaging before we have explained how to share them. We will tell you the appropriate way to provide clinical information.
13. WhatsApp, telephone and other channels
WhatsApp and telephone are used for arranging appointments and for practical questions. They are not a channel for assessment, diagnosis or clinical advice, and messages are answered during our working hours rather than continuously.
WhatsApp is operated by a third party under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control that service. If you would rather not use it, contact us by telephone or email.
14. Reviews, photographs and videos
Patient photographs, videos and written experiences appear on this website only with the consent of the person concerned. Any experience described is that individual's own, and results differ from person to person.
If you have given consent for your photograph, video or words to be used and you wish to withdraw it, write to us and we will remove the material from our own website and channels within a reasonable period.
15. Content on this website
The text, photographs, videos, graphics and layout of this website belong to Trivayu Physio Center or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal and non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell or adapt our content for commercial purposes, or present it as your own, without our written permission.
This website may link to other websites. We provide those links for convenience and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any website we do not operate.
16. Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and current, and we welcome being told about anything that is out of date. We do not promise that the website will be available without interruption or free of every error.
17. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss that does not arise directly from our services, such as loss of income, loss of opportunity, or loss caused by your reliance on general information published on this website rather than on an assessment carried out for you.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please raise it with us first. We would rather hear about a problem and put it right.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when a service changes or the law changes. The version published on this page, with the effective date shown at the top, is the version that applies. Please check it when you make a new enquiry.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising from them or from our services are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you may have to approach a Consumer Commission having jurisdiction under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
20. How to contact us
