Condition
Back Pain.How we help.
Back pain is one of the most common reasons people see a physiotherapist. It can start suddenly after lifting something heavy, or build up slowly from long hours at a desk or riding a two-wheeler in Jaipur traffic.
How we help
- A proper check-up to find out what's causing your pain, not just where it hurts
- Hands-on treatment to ease stiffness and pain
- Exercises to build strength and support your spine
- Simple posture and daily-habit changes you can actually follow
What to expect
Your first visit starts with a detailed check of your posture, movement and pain pattern. From there, we build a plan for you and explain it in plain language, so you know what to do and why.
Common questions
Is back pain always serious?
Most back pain is not serious and improves with the right care. Your physiotherapist will tell you if anything needs further medical attention.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your condition and how you respond to treatment. Your physiotherapist will give you a clearer idea after your first assessment. You are not asked to buy a package up front. Sessions are booked as you go, your physiotherapist reviews your progress with you as you continue, and you can stop at any point.
Can I do exercises at home?
Yes. Most plans include exercises you can do at home between visits, with clear instructions.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. You can book an assessment directly with us and most of our patients do. If you already have a prescription, a scan or a discharge summary, bring it with you, because it saves time at the first visit.
