Information we collect
When you contact us through our website, WhatsApp, or phone, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, and details about your condition, so we can respond to your enquiry and provide care.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, book and manage appointments, and provide physiotherapy care. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Patient health information
Details about your condition and treatment are kept confidential and used only to provide your care, in line with standard healthcare practice and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Testimonials and photos
We only publish patient testimonials, photos, or before-and- after content with your specific, documented consent.
Cookies and analytics
Our website may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. These tools record which pages you visit. Some page addresses name a condition, for example the page about sciatica, so that record can show what you were reading about. We do not send your name, contact details or any treatment records to these tools.
Workplace and employer visits
When we run a Corporate Wellness visit at an employer's premises, the employee is our patient, not the employer. Taking part is voluntary, and an employee may decline without telling anyone a reason.
What the employer receives is a written summary containing counts and patterns only: how many people were seen, which parts of the body came up and how often, what we observed about the working set-up, and what we would change. The employer does not receive names against complaints, any individual's findings, history or diagnosis, anything said during an appointment, or a list of who took part and who did not. Where a team is small enough that a breakdown would identify individuals, we do not break the summary down that far.
Advice given to an individual is given to that person directly, in the room and in writing, for them to keep. We do not issue fitness for work certificates, we do not give an opinion on whether a complaint was caused by the work, and we do not produce anything for an insurance claim or a disciplinary matter.
Health information collected during a workplace visit is handled under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, on the same basis as any other patient information we hold. Nobody is contacted afterwards to sell treatment.
